Delivery

We deliver flowers locally 6 days a week. We deliver all over the UK, Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately at the moment, we are unable to deliver nationally on Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Orders must be placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery after dispatch as we have to order these products in from Holland. They are usually stocked but to be safe we require some notice and last minute orders may be delayed. We use 24 Hour – Next day couriers at cost to customer of £9.95. These do only cover mainland UK and some rural areas are charged at same rate but might take a further day to reach destination. The postcodes for these are as follows:

BT, ZE, AB, FK, DG, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, IM, PO, JE, GY, SA, TR
These postcodes will be dispatched under Post Office Standard Parcel 24-48 Hour delivery.

You can order Blue Rose flowers for any available date in future. Any future date orders will be stored in our system and will be dispatched two working days prior to the requested delivery date. The order may arrive a day early. If you are sending flowers to A hospital, please check in advance if fresh flowers can be delivered to wards. We won’t be held responsible if hospitals do not allow fresh flowers in wards.

We won’t pass your details onto others and we don’t send out any invoices or receipts with the flower order, just email confirmations to your provided email address. We do attach a message card if you request one by entering a message into our site.

We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.

Please refer to our full terms and conditions prior to placing an order for further information.

Our Florist will use only the freshest Blue Roses on any item ordered on this site. We may have to place the item depending on its size into A Flower cardboard box for delivery. Sometimes we will use recycled flower boxes or personalised branded boxes. Whilst branded boxes promote our brand we can’t always use them. SO instead at times we have to use recycled flower boxes. They don’t look the best but they are recycled and this fits in well with our views towards recycling. It also prevents damage to larger items.
